Studio Nicholson offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-price items, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. We aim to ensure your modular wardrobe fits perfectly and meets our high standards of textile quality.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and branded tags remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship Goods

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
